The following terms govern our retail stores, this website underU4men.com and our online stores shop.underU4men.com and apothecary4men.com as well as all of our social media platforms. Use of our sites constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms. The owner of these sites is underU4men Inc. an Oregon Corporation.

The content of our sites and social media accounts are protected by the U.S. and international copyright laws and are owned by underU4men Inc. or they are used with permission from the copyright owner, mainly the brands we sell. Modification or use of the materials from any of our sites for any purpose not explicitly permitted is a violation of underU4men’s copyright and other proprietary rights. No part of any of our websites may be copied, republished, re-posted, broadcasted or distributed, or shared, except for viewing purposes, without the prior written consent of underU4men. Sharing is allowed for posts or products when a sharing icon is available unless for commercial gain. If you are a blogger, media outlet, or brand and wish to use our content, send your request to corporate@underU4men.com include a link to your site.

The names, trademarks, and service marks include “underU4men”, “UnderU”, “Apothecary4men”, “Upoints” our loyalty program since 2006, “Upedia” our blog since 2006 as well as “International Underwear Day” and “Pride on the Street” events held since 2006. Also included are all other underU4men Inc. related marks and # tags used on our sites and in-store whether registered or unregistered, these are all property of underU4men Inc. in the United States and elsewhere, regardless of the form or spelling.

Privacy Policy

The following discloses our information gathering and sharing practices. This privacy policy applies to information exchanged and data gathered on our sites as well as in-store. We are pleased to be fully EU GDPR and CCPA (California) Compliant – (you must live in the EU or CA to invoke provisions)

While visiting or shopping on one of our sites or in-store you may provide some personal information such as but not limited to your name, address, email, and phone number as well as sizes, brands, and styles you like. We will use that information only to customize your experience, and to contact you if needed, and for marketing. We may also use your information for internal purposes, such as analyzing our business, this is usually not associated with your name. Like most businesses, we use services to operate our business and our sites or administer activities on our behalf where your information is needed. These activities include but are not limited to appointment scheduling, PCI compliant credit card processing, order handling, customer loyalty, and marketing. We may share your data with these services for those limited purposes, but the use of that information is limited to us. When you visit one of our sites, we automatically collect your IP address and data from which page you came (Google or a social media post) from; our sites use cookies that note your preferences when using the Site. We do not share or sell your personal information to any other entity for their use. If you opted for a program, email, or text marketing, you would always be able to opt-out via a secure unsubscribe text, link, or email.

Alternatively, our sites contain links to others, mainly blogs and press articles, and social media. We cannot be responsible for their privacy practices or content. For example, we use Akismet a 3rd party tool for our Upedia WordPress Blog they collect information about visitors who comment on Sites that use the Akismet anti-spam service. The information we collect typically includes the commenter’s IP address, user agent, referrer, and Site URL (along with other information directly provided by the commenter such as their name, username, email address, and the comment itself).

We do not offer to keep digital copies of personal information as we do not maintain non-transactional exempt data. This is data on file we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes as it relates to a transaction.

You may request confirmation by email at corporate@underU4men.com. To do so, you must supply all of the following identifying information including your full legal name, address (no post office boxes), city, state, postal code, and country plus your email address and phone number. This information will also become part of that record and not eligible for deletion. Please allow up to two weeks for this response: “underU4men Inc. hereby certifies that we do not maintain any personal data that is not directly associated with a transaction with our company.”

“Prior transaction data is not eligible for deletion or disclosure. Order history is available if you log into your account. Please note that accounts cannot be deleted.”
